#214 Printing fails to obey fit to page.

When I printed a large mindmap, I put it on landscape
mode with fit to page enabled. First time, it printed
with Fit to Page working, but second time, it does not
fit to page and zooms to the highest magnification
possible. I have atatched a sample mindmap that this
occurred on.

Similar observation made (both in portrait and landscape
orientation):
The check-box "fit to page" in File/Page Setup... behaves
in the opposite sense than expected. If one marks it, the
map is split over several pages. But only for the first
print started afterwards. The second print job is fine.
If one keeps it unmarked, the print fits to one page.

It seems that the fit-to-page-feature works sometimes when
the checkbox is unchecked.

Sounds strange, but I had to check <OK><OK> and uncheck
<OK><OK> the setting to make the print fit.
