#164 Delayed menu clicks trigger unwanted operations

When clicking consecutive clicks on menu bar item while
the system is busy in a difficult operation causes
those clicks to activate the toolbar buttons behind it
after delay.

To recreate:
Try to undo a complicated operation which will cause
FreeMind to go heavy on resources (e.g. I tried to undo
an Import Explorer Favorites operation). While it's
processing, click it a couple more times consecutively.
You many find it triggers the toolbar buttons behind
the open menu bar. (I accidentally caused it print).
