#1284 Text is corrupted, garbled

Using: Windows 10 Enterprise, version: 10.0.15063 Build 15063, Lenovo x64

Please see the attached screenshot, it may be more clear than the verbose text.

I used Freemind 1.0.1 to create a mindmap about 3 months back. I tried to open and update the map but saw that the text is totally corrupted. This does not seem to be any language at all, but some corrupted text data.

Please help me recover the map so that I can update it.
