#1246 Lag after selecting special chars on OSX

When you press and hold a key like a on OSX, there is a small popover that opens and offers things like à, á, â and so on. Usually when a type 2 on my keyboard to select the á for example, I can immediately continue typing. On freemind though, the next key that will be entered will sometimes not be registered as there is a lag in the closing of the menu.
