#1208 Freemind fails to open map file which name contains cyrillic symbols

OS: Windows 8.1

FreeMind can't open files which name contains cyrillic symbols (when I double click on file in explorer), but it opens it when using File -> Open from within FreeMind.

I tried with 1.1.0 Alpha1 (couldn't find Alpha2).
The problem still exists.

Guys, please fix this. It seems easy to do and is very annoying!

Same here! The same problem exists on FreeMind 1.1.0 beta1. I am so disappointed at the lack of any effort to fix this problem for more than 1 year.

Still no fix for this in the Linux repo (Arch) in April 2016.... (still at V1.0.1),
but 1.1.0 beta2 manually installed does the job - thanks for the fix!
