Keyboard layout: dvorak

What I was doing:
I am using a custom Dvorak keyboard layout.
I pressed (Dvorak) keyboard combinations AltGr+H, AltGr+M, AltGr+F while trying to input some text.

What I expected:
The characters configured for the key combinations should be input.

What happened instead:
The following commands were executed:
Log file viewer = Ctrl+Alt+H
Search for address in node map = Ctrl+Alt+F
Show map = Ctrl+Alt+M

Bug description (there are 3):
1. the mentioned commands key combinations are not configurable - if they were I'd simply disable them
2. AltGr key combinations are treated as Ctrl+Alt key combinations
3. dvorak and QWERTZ layouts work at the same time when dvorak is actually in use
dvorak H = QWERTZ J -> opens Log file viewer
dvorak D = QWERTZ H -> opens Log file viewer

dvorak F = QWERTZ Z -> opens Search for address in node map
dvorak E = QWERTZ F -> opens Search for address in node map

dvorak M = QWERTZ M - no problem, opens Show map
