#3 initial database creation

Have just installed Freemed 0.81

When logged in as user to create database for first
time. I am unable to see the administration menu.

When I select other options with the same user I get
the message "You don't have permission to do that"

I'm stuck at this point

Logged In: NO

fixed. I had the settings.php dbuser and dbpassword the
same as the admin user and password.
made this unique and deleted and re-creted the database and
its going again
