#2 $GLOBALS['__phpwebtools']['GLOBAL_MODULES']

hi,
I am try to install the freemed0.8.0.But i got an
error 'Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ' in
API.PHP.And the same error in Invalid argument
supplied for foreach() in module_tools.php on line 138.
The value of ($GLOBALS['__phpwebtools']
['GLOBAL_MODULES'] is assigned from the read()
function in the Filserialize class.In that function read a
file(module) from the data/cache directory.After read this
file the value of the array is null.Now i stuck up the
point .Can u explain the problem and how to overcome
the problem.................
