#1 Patient information not inserting

Dear Sir,
I am working with freemed6.0 i had downloaded
phpwebtool0.4.2 ,
This project is running fine and it adds the new user
information and the message,but it is not taking the
patient information it shows error while inserting the
data abt patient.
Can you suggest me why is it so??
Please help me as soon as possible,

Thanks but is it running on win nt,iis i don't think this,
IS there is any probs with earliar version
