#74 Use correct mime for file types

Current mime-s, defined for some (many) file formats (FreeImage_GetFIFMimeType) are rather arbitrary. This is unfortunate for linux users, where the file type system is mainly mime based.

Listed here are the correct (as much as possible) mime-s for these formats.

KOALA image/x-koala
IFF image/x-iff
TARGA image/x-tga
PSD image/vnd.adobe.photoshop
CUT image/x-cut
XPM image/x-xpixmap
DDS image/x-dds
HDR image/vnd.radiance
SGI image/x-sgi

ICO image/vnd.microsoft.icon
