#241 Bug in ColorLookup.cpp: SVGColorMap

Hi there

The SVGColorMap in ColorLookup.cpp has a mistake in the alphabetical order:

Current order:

1. gray
2. grey
3. green
4. greenyellow
5. honeydew

Fix:

1. gray
2. green
3. greenyellow
4. grey
5. honeydew

This causes the binary search to fail for e.g."green". I really wonder why nobody noticed this yet! Nobody using the good old-fashioned red, green and blue anymore? :)
