The UNICODE version of FreeImage_OpenMultiBitmap() is missing.

    You can use OpenMultiBitmapFromHandle, passing already opened handle to the Unicode file. This is what *U versions do anyway.

    Event without the fact, its not a bug but a Feature Request.

    Unfortunately, SetDefaultIO() isn't exported. Oops, that's another feature request...
