I just have loaded a sample proram to see if my installation works.
I found a lot of errors; about 60.
a number of them where because the freeglut archive was not reacable. That
is solved.
The rest of the errors seem to be openGL routines instead of GLUT routines. 
A number of GLUT routines are without any error
I thought that the dll's in Windows \system32 (in PATH) were alays reachable
but it looks otherwise.
Indeed freeglut is placed in the same directory.
I still hope that I can get it working.
