As already described by sseney timezone is now a
reserved keyword. Also in windows get-tz doesn't seam
to work anymore, but progress has mas the problem much
easier to solve, so here is my fix (just for the get-tz
part)

We had problems in our DWP appserver log files, which are now solved thanks to this solution.
Error in logfile:
