Taverna SOAP/WSDL extensions are broken in the 0.8.2
release of freefluo. wsif-hacked.jar needs to be included on
the system classpath for the command line client. Addition to
the exts/taverna/lib dir doesn't work for some reason. The
reason for this needs to be investigated. Web service
deployment needs to be checked and fixed ASAP too.
