[Free-cad-general] absolute newbie questions

Greetings all;

1.Where, in the preferences is the on screen scaling set and the dimension 
display enabled?  It doesn't do me any good to draw something that is 
dimensionless.

2.How does one edit a square and get it to redraw as a rectangle?

3.Does it export a format PyCAM understands and can convert to gcode to 
carve the part?
