Implemented Watchdog to a usable state, some fpga stuff that is not normally used still throws unimplemented exceptions. Added an example that demonstrates the watchdog.

fixed AnalogModule.getAverageVoltage(sort of, there is a strange NullPointerException)
fixed DigitalModule(sort of, needs to actually get an instance instead of returning a new one)
commented out NiFpga.readU32Fn because of an extreme amount of output
