Added support for different types of modules in modulepresence
added classes for jaguar CAN communication, which are not finished

SimpleRobot works(it already did, I just hadn't tested it)
Added (eventual) support for setting control modes, this does not work at the moment(most likely due to all the commented out semaphores and taskexecutors)

I GOT ROBOT BASE WORKING, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(although, there is still a lot of messy pointer stuff that needs to actually be implemented, just stubbed for now, and I don't know if anything works beside startCompetition())
