Yet another checkin. Fixed some things I broke but did not realize. Fixed some problems that were due to changes that occured when Microsoft changed them in Vista and later. Added some files needed now to run the servers and client(s). I think I am the only one woh is doing anything with this so If it doesn't work tell me. I don't spend a lot of time testing the setup i upload. I do try to get it right. My testing environment changes a lot so i am trying to give a consistent set for eval.

Made some serious enhancements to the CmdConsole. It is now a lot more friendly. Things like defineable FnKeys as a string. Combined with the load command file you can pretty much customise the heck out of console ops for the sub server and prime server. The console is in and working for the client but it needs polish. Lot of key banging today.

Updated the exes. The client console is in. have the font adjustable by using the console command font and fontsize. The Client Console needs more polish.

Added Database storage to the Prime Server of Characters, Clients, Servers and The Database Version. I still need to do some work on the commmunications. I needed to get the code up on SourceForge. My old box is making noises. I will update the exes and needed files for the sample run tomorrow.

Added xml file for UI. Have a couple of the objects in and working. This is a partial checkin though. Still building on it. Also the client now survives losing D3D due to lock screen or other reason.

Added debug exes and server sample INI files to ProjectArt so you don't have to compile them.
