I am not able to run the program. Are there missing files in the download? When I download the program this is what I get: An application named frame_ed An application named frame3d One text file labeled frG A folder titled x86 that appears to have the ansicon application. I do not receive any examples or other supporting documentation. When I click on frame3d nothing happens. When I click on frame_ed a window opens for a program labeled FrameED - Frame Input Generator v3.3. I can input nodes and members in this program and view the structural shape. If I then click on an icon labeled "Run Frame Analysis" I am directed to select a .txt file and run an analysis. I created a text file that matches all of the input data for the structure members and shape, and added a point load to the structure in the text file. When I click on this .txt file I get this in the window: FRAME version: 3 January 2002, GPL Copyright (C) 1992-2002, Henri P. Gavin http://www.duke.edu/~hpgavin/frame/ This is free software with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. For details, see http://www.fsf.org/copyleft/gpl.html There is no output file and nothing seems to run. I think I am attempting to run the old version of the program, when I should be running the app labeled "frame3d," but that application doesn't do anything. I have a PC with Windows, and not sure what to do next. Are there missing files that are not being downloaded? (The Frame3d program is only 158 KB).
