Hi Alex, I believe the program wasn't tested on MacOS. If you have access to a Linux system, it would be best to try running FragGeneScan on it. If not, could you try a different shell - bash or csh? The program wasn't tested on zsh either. I hope this helps. Best, Wazim M.

Hello, I am getting a segmentation fault with my data and also the example data $FragGeneScan -s ./example/NC_000913-454.fna -o ./example/NC_000913-454-fgs -w 0 -t 454_10 no. of seqs: 23373 zsh: segmentation fault FragGeneScan -s ./example/NC_000913-454.fna -o ./example/NC_000913-454-fgs -w What would you recommend that I do? thank you

Hello, I read in the paper that it would be possible to train the model on your own data but I can't seem to find any documentation for this feature. I would like to train this model on nanopore data with various levels of error-correction. I'm using the Sanger 2% model right now but I would like to use a model with better accomadation of indels.
