[Fpdb-main] same HUD problem with BetOnline

I'm trying to implement the fix for BOL from the previous post, but I'm 
having trouble editing HUD_config.xml.  The only file I can find is 
HUD_config.xml.example, and if I rename that the HUD_config.xml the 
program won't start because it can't find HUD_config.xml.  I don't see a 
place to make that change in the GUI.
