[Fpdb-main] HUD problem with betonline

Hi there,

I hope this list is still active.  The software is great, but I'm having
one small problem.  On betonline tables, I only get 9 players HUDs.  It
seems to be a problem with "Seat 0."  I'm wondering if the betonline
numbering schema (0-9) is the problem, and if it is how would I go about
fixing it so that seat 0 gets recognized?
