There is no official repo.  I believe I am currently the most active:

Chaz is probably the closest to an 'official' repo, he has been busy with
other things but has made a couple of commits lately and is working with me
to merge my stuff back in: https://github.com/ChazDazzle/fpdb-chaz

My repo is basically a huge fork of Chaz's to port fpdb from GTK to Qt.
I've also been fixing minor things along the way.  I believe Chaz has fpdb
sourceforge access so he is (afaik) the current 'official project
gatekeeper'.
