[Fpdb-main] Tournament / pokerstars

I've just started using fpdb again and trying it with PS tournaments. I
realise this is not particularly supported / working at present but the HUD
seemed to function fairly OK except for the fact that every few hands my
hand stats return to 0. Other players seem to work fine. Also there isn't
any way to analyse my stats by hand etc..
