[Fpdb-main] Problem with Free Poker Database 0.40.5

Hi good morning,

Two weeks ago, I downloaded the Free Poker Database through your website (
sourgeforce.net), and recently, 3 days ago I had some troubles to launch
the program. When I click the run button, the application doesn't works and
it doesn't start.

The attached error (picture) is which appears me, and it doesn't let me
boot the application.

Please, would you be so kind to help me and explain me what it's wrong?
