[Fpdb-main] Qt port

Hi all.

I've been working on a port to Qt for a few weeks.  It's usable enough for
cash games that I'm soliciting testing and feedback.  I have only tested it
on MacOSX - other platforms will almost certainly have wrinkles, but
fingers crossed no unresolvable showstoppers.

I'm hoping to have a pyinstaller-generated OSX app up soonish.  When that
happens I will commit the spec file to the repository -- hopefully we can
have a unified build setup for win and mac.
