[Fpdb-main] dev on winamax / filters

Hi,

I've been using fpdb for quite a long time, I did a few commits 2 or 3 years ago, but didn't have enough time to continue.
I'm playing mostly on winamax.fr, and mostly mtt tourneys and sit&go. I would like to improve things in these fields.

I did some minor commits to :
- fix import on winamax (sat winnings were not always taken into account)
- fixed the "Number of player" filter in tourney stats/graphs that wasn't working at all.

Currently, I'm re-working the whole Filter interface, so users can choose which filters they want to display. I also plan to save these active filters in conf. And to create new filters, like viewing tourney by their name. If there are other filters that are asked by the community, I would be glad to implement them, but I didn't have the courage to read the whole twoplustwo thread.
