[Fpdb-main] 0.39.997 import trouble in win xp

Hello!
New HUD is awesome! I realy like it. But I have trouble in Windows version.
Version: 0.39.997 for Windows downloaded from sf.com.
Site: Party.

Bulk Import works fine. HUD doesn't.

fpdb-log:
lines look like
...
Importer.addImportFile: siteId Failed for: 'C:\Program
Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\[MyPartyLogin]\20130710'
...

Then if I change hands directory from
'C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\[MyPartyLogin]'
to
'C:\Program
Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\[MyPartyLogin]\20130710\'
HUD starts and works.

Please help!
