There are significant changes to the latest master due to complete
rewrite of the hud.  FPDB will not automatically upgrade, so the
configuration file must be recreated.

Can you please delete the database and configuration files, and
re-import your hands.

On linux, the configuration and datafiles are normally in ~/.fpdb    -
  remove or rename this folder and try again.
