[Fpdb-main] Master branch configuration file changes

Please delete all existing configuration files before using the latest master.

The master branch now includes newhud development work.  There have
been major changes to configuration.

All existing 0.29/0.30 config files are invalid.

The software might attempt to upgrade the missing sections, but it
will make a total mess of the file.
