Hi,

Simply open the HUD_config.xml in the fpdb directory and search for db_name.
enter the whole path there, ex.: db_name="D:\temp\fpdb.db3" and have fun.

(I havn't tested with USB but should not be a problem as long as the 
drive letter is always the same)
