[Fpdb-main] Hud and mucked (aux-windows) repositioning

  I've been toying around with the hud for the past days. Playing on
several tables I was a bit miffed that the hud didn't follow the table
around on X11. So I added the repositioning handler to recalculate the
hud window positions.

  Then I was really surprised to learn that the mucked cards were
displayed always in the location they were set when the hud instance was
first created. I tend to move my tables around as old ones dry up and
get replaced by fresh ones. Naturally I wanted to get the mucked cards
to appear on top of the relocated table, where they belong.

  The attached patch implements reposition-on-request for both hud and
auxiliary windows. The fix is also available in my tree, at
