TIFF is a tagged image file format, it can wrap several kinds of images. To make sure its got all the features you need to make sure it has LZW and JPEG support in there (libtiff). Note there are other extensions from Adobe which are not necessarily supported by libtiff. However, this is not your problem in this case :-) I have noticed during my own recent foray into 64-bit support that libtiff is not 64-bit safe. - Jeroen |
