Tried creating a plugin in Qt Creator (both Ubuntu and Windows) by editing the 4chan/2chan source files.
When building i get some unused bool warnings. After that, i get a 500KB+ .dll file which isn't usable with fourchan-dl. What are the steps to create and build a plugin using QT creator?

When I build the plugins with debugging symbols they have a similar size of nearly 600KB. My first guess would be that the QtCreator build configuration is set to Debug and not to Release.

If you want to debug the plugin, you have to use it with the main executable build for debugging. Other combinations are not working.
