#2 example directories

The foucault-examples.zip file contains a project file mirror.foucault, with several images already loaded and defined. Unfortunately, the directory separators in the image filenames are windows specific, and do not work under linux. I was able to get around it be doing a global search-and-replace on the pathname, swapping to the other slash, but maybe separate project files for windows vs other systems are called for.
