In the course of early testing, our company artwork appeared on the email, but since early last week it has been permanently replaced by the ForwardTrack logo. We've tried to fix this in the code, but have not been successful in doing so. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

well, what did you do early last week? changes don't happen from nowhere. perhaps you accidentally clobbered the email template (i.e. style/template/campaign/email-*.tpl) with the original version?
to be safe, try clearing out the cache/ directory.
also, please note -- FT is not supported on PHP 5.x, which I believe is most commonly installed these days. that is, if you are using PHP 5.x and are having problems, we cant help you.
