#4 self_test_mpi fails due to worng mpi_machine_file

The standard rake build contains the target "self_test_mpi" which aborts with the following message:

ssh: Could not resolve hostname MacBook-Pro-2013apr.local: Name or service not known

For me a solution was to change the content of self_test_mpi/mpi_machine_file from "MacBook-Pro-2013apr.local" to "localhost".

My version is fruit_3.3.0 from the Sourceforge files section.

Thanks for report and fix.
Maybe "rake clean" failed to erase mpi_machine_file before packaging,
and the file included to fruit_3.3.0.zip by mistake.
I'll update or replace the zip file soon.
