This program gathers the output of an ASD Labspec near-infrared spectrometer, calibrates an average sample, and then bins additional samples based on a sorting rulset.
The user can control the fields being gathered, the rejection threshold, the number of samples in the calibration pool, the logic of how to sort bins.
Batches are stored in a SQL database and output to a report text file.
