Hello
When a commit message contains only ASCII characters, the information of a Git commit are displayed correctly, but a commit message contains non-ASCII characters, the "Author" and "Commit" fields remain blank, the "Date" field contains "unknown". I saw that when the latest commit messages are "Improves the lyrics files for "Ouvre la fenêtre"" and "Improves the lyrics files for "Mon cœur est malade"".
Another side effect is that those commits aren't taken into account in the parent directories, it shows the latest commit message without non-ASCII characters instead of the latest commit message and I observe that the refresh of the summary is a lot slower in this case.
Hi,
Thank you for letting us know.
I have escalated this to the Engineering team to investigate further.
Sincerely,
