#28162 GR Floorboard

I have been sent multiple emails about the latest GR Floorboard latest version. I have downloaded it several times, but it has failed to install. And now the version I have been running says it has expired, closes down the programme and returns me to the SF download page - which still doesn't install, although the application file does download. I am therefore now locked out of my most important tool - the GR55 Floorboard. What is going on?
