Our mirror strategy is based on popularity. Files that are frequently accessed and downloaded are stored on more mirrors to ensure speedy and reliable delivery to users. However, less popular files are stored on fewer mirrors or only on our main server.

what is the criteria files to become popular or get it to be published in more mirrors. Please let me know.
Or can i request all files to be added to just main server + India(or near) server

Mirror distribution is fully automated and based on overall download demand across the platform. We can't manually choose which projects are mirrored or replicate individual projects to specific regions.
Projects with consistently high download volumes may be added to additional mirrors automatically, but we don't publish a specific threshold or make manual exceptions.
Your files will always be available from the main server, which is designed to reliably serve all projects, regardless of whether they are mirrored.
