#27757 Request to Create a Private APK for Safe Exam Browser on Chromebooks
Dear Team,
I would like to make a humble request regarding Safe Exam Browser (SEB) compatibility with Chromebooks.
We are planning to conduct examinations for 50+ students, and due to budget and management considerations, we were intending to purchase Chromebooks. However, since Chromebooks primarily run Android applications, we found that SEB is currently not supported on Android, which creates a significant challenge for us.
Therefore, we kindly request whether it would be possible to create an APK version of Safe Exam Browser specifically for our use. It does not need to be released publicly—you could make it private and available only to our organization if that is feasible.
We understand that this may require additional development effort, but having an Android-compatible SEB would greatly help us conduct our examinations securely on Chromebooks.
