No

The top of page of SoureForge disappears when scrolling down. Two attachements, one with the complete SF header, then scroll down and just one bar of SF is visible and the page display is below ( normal ) and above the SF bar ( not normal ) .
Is this an 'enhancement' ?

    Hello,

We don't see any problems with our services. If you try again, does it work?

Please turn off any add-ons or extensions that might be preventing the page from loading completely. Since many extensions are disabled by default, you might also try using an incognito tab.

If you are still having issues, please let us know.

    Sincerely,

    SourceForge Support

Well I tried 3 diff bowsers ( I am on windows ) and it only does it after I login to SF.
Firefox, Chrome, Brave (brave main one)
**Also does the same on my Ubuntu box. Brave when logged on to SF **
I removed all browser extentions and it still does not work correctly if I am logged in.
It is the " Retool ---- build now line that is showing up and it may be the problem.
Here is an attached video of the desktop...
