When and where do you want me to execute that?
On the interactive shell service when it currently does not work?

Right now the access from interactive shell service is working.

But those commands just do

vampire0@shell-22003 ~ $ mtr -4wbz 216.105.38.1 mtr: unable to get raw sockets. vampire0@shell-22003 ~ $ mtr -4wbz 216.105.38.23 mtr: unable to get raw sockets. vampire0@shell-22003 ~ $ mtr -4wbz 204.68.111.105 mtr: unable to get raw sockets.

Hello,

Those commands do a trace route and a ping to a destination.

You are reporting a connection issue and we need to test the network connectivity between your end and our services.

So those command should be run from your local terminal.
As to when, anytime; is the issue still present?
If there is no longer an issue, then there is no need to run the commands.

Seems like I misinterpreted and believed that the MySQL web administrator was involved in this issue.

It is not necessary for you to follow the instructions I gave you.

I tried to get some logs but then it just worked today. Maybe only some shell servers are affected?

I don't know when exactly it did not work from the interactive shell service, only that it sometimes worked and sometimes not over the last few days and that exactly right now while I am typing it is not working.

Right now this helped.
But I created the old shell just after you asked whether it is still a problem.
And also before it sometimes worked and sometimes not, so that it right now works after the shutdown and recreate is not proof for the issue to be fixed. :-)

That's great to hear.
But as I said, I cannot verify.
It sometimes worked and sometimes worked not.
Right now it is working, but only time can verify.

Now given the information you were given is correct, just the project-web is left to be fixed. :-)
