looking for developers to work on parts of a project (skills : .net, php, java, python, javascript....)

We are currently building the core modules of a project taht will need opensource parts for it.
These opensource part are :

• kinds of drivers in different languages (java, .net, php, c#...)
• a UI to interact with the application (the language is not choosen, but we think of c# and MVC5. and jquery is a must)

Odata skills is a plus, English language speaking and writing is a must.
we will give access to our confluence and jira for documentation and task followup.
we can give advice on languages like java, .net as we are 2 architects in these 2 frameworks.
If interrested, please leave (by mail) your experience in any of these languages, your location, a project you have worked on and your a bit of your history.
