I'm a trainee project manager looking for a low risk project that I could use to improve my OpenProject/agile management skills, so i'm searching for a couple of volunteer developers (Ruby on Rails experience ideal but not compulsory) who could work on a project to integrate/port the bigbluebutton Redmine plugin (which would allow you to launch a project web conference meeting) into the OpenProject-Meeting Plugin.
If this turns out to be a simple job (or perhaps even running in parallel) I'm also considering phase 2, which will look at creating a bigbluebutton meeting/event directly from the Mozilla Thunderbird Lightning Calendar Plugin.
Deliverables
Create and send bigbluebutton meeting invitation from within an OpenProject instance via the "Meetings" plugin (or as stand-alone plugin).
Recipients of the invite should be able to receive and sync the meeting on their iCalendar compatible mail client.
Create bigbluebutton meeting/event directly within the Lightning Calendar plugin for Mozilla Thunderbird email client.
Recipients of the invite should be able to receive and sync the meeting on their iCalendar compatible mail client.
