I'm a retired software developer and looking for someone easy to work with. To me, it's more important to have a good attitude than be a great programmer. Having someone who is open minded would be a plus.
I have almost completed the Desktop Replacement program for Windows 10, and I enjoy using my software more than the regular Windows desktop. And I'm hoping others will feel the same way.
It would be nice to find someone who is good at making installs because I'm not that great at it. But it's not a MUST talent to have.
