I'm looking for programmers, not really experts, that wish to learn and
have fun while collaborating to a simple music player.
KISS Player is yet another music player for desktop, but strives to keep
things simple, while being lightweight and cross-platform.
Currently it's at alpha stage, lots of things need polishing and some
features are missing, but as the code is pretty simple and
straightfoward, it's a great starting point to hack.

Hello guys, I'm really glad for your interest.
Please, send me an email (andre_ldm_1989[at]g_mail[dot]com - Remove all underscores [_]) to me, just to get your email back. I think the good old email is still the best type of communication in such kind of matter.
During this weekend I'll update the project's wiki to give you better hints in order to start hacking and I'll file new tickets so any of you can work on a more solid problem/feature. Once this is done, I'll email you.
At the same time, I'm working in version 0.6.2 which has IMHO nice improvements. This will be the last version that I'll work in the cathedral way (see Eric Raymond's The Cathedral and the Bazaar). From now on, I'll try to commit as much as possible, whenever a single improvement is done and release more often.
Once again thank you all.

Hello Andre
I would like to join it too. I have few years of experience in C++ development. Good knowledge of clean code and TDD. Let me know if you still look for someone.
