I am trying to create a template entry system that basically you open a defined template and enter the data in this case it would be property data sheets for real estate appraisers, it would have data and a picture, it would then be saved to a database for future use, I have several programs that do this however they are so expensive and way to much clutter, I am just trying to create a short program type that I can write a complete reports at a faster pace. The one issue that would be real important is if you enter comp 1 data then go to comp two three and so on these comps would be numbered as such, 1/2/3 etc;, You would want to store that comp data for future uses, Sale comps, lease comps, and land comps are the most common, I can sed someone a sample if there is anyone who can just point me in the right direction, I do know that all the programs I have use sql to access the comps and populate the report.
